Support & dispute guide

Report fraud or a dispute

Open a ticket and choose the Fraud or Dispute category if something went wrong with an order.

Three-way conversation

Our team can add the freelancer to your ticket, so you, the freelancer and DIGGZA Support talk together in one place.

Resolved together

Everyone sees the same messages, which helps clear up misunderstandings and resolve the case fairly.

What to include in a dispute or fraud ticket

  • Freelancer details: profile link or username and the product link you ordered.
  • Order details: order date, amount, quantity and the plan/period you bought.
  • Payment proof: screenshot or receipt with transaction ID, date, amount and the payment method used.
  • Communication: full WhatsApp chat screenshots (with the number visible) showing the deal and delivery promise.
  • Problem: what was delivered (or not), when it stopped working, and any error screenshots.
  • What you want: replacement, refund or completion of delivery.

Warranty & dispute eligibility

  • Product with warranty (e.g. 1 month): you can open a dispute only within the warranty period shown on the product. After the warranty ends, no dispute is accepted.
  • Product with no warranty: no dispute for a product that expires or stops working early.
  • Non-delivery: always allowed — if you paid and never received the product, you can open a dispute.
  • Fraud (fake product, impersonation, payment taken with no intent to deliver) can be reported at any time.

For freelancers: prove your delivery

Deliver products through a tracked delivery link service such as url.proaccess.me. It records when the buyer opens the link, along with their IP address, city, country and device. If a buyer claims non-delivery, share this log in the ticket as proof that the product was delivered and opened. Also keep screenshots of your WhatsApp delivery messages.

Location shown in tickets

Every message in a ticket shows the sender's city and country, detected automatically from their connection. DIGGZA Support also sees the IP address and device of each message to verify identities and detect fake accounts.

Anti-scam policy

If an investigation confirms that a freelancer scammed a buyer — took payment without delivering, sent fake products, or impersonated someone else — that freelancer is permanently banned from DIGGZA. Their profile, products and badges are removed, and they cannot register again with the same identity documents.

How to stay safe as a buyer

  • Pay only through the freelancer's verified payment method shown on their profile.
  • Keep the full conversation on WhatsApp and save screenshots of the deal.
  • Check the freelancer's verification badges and reviews before paying.
  • Never share passwords, OTPs or card details with anyone.
  • If something goes wrong, open a Fraud ticket within 7 days with your payment proof.

What happens after you report

  • Our team reviews your evidence and may add the freelancer to the ticket.
  • The freelancer gets a chance to respond in the same conversation.
  • Confirmed scammers are banned; honest mistakes are resolved between both sides.
  • False reports against freelancers may also lead to action against the reporter.

How a dispute is resolved

  1. Opened: you submit the ticket with your evidence.
  2. Under review: our team checks payment proof, chats and delivery records.
  3. Freelancer response: the freelancer is added to the ticket and gives their side.
  4. Decision: DIGGZA decides based on the evidence from both sides.
  5. Resolved: the outcome is applied — refund guidance, replacement, warning or ban.

You can follow the current stage at the top of your ticket, and rate our support after the ticket is closed.

Appeals for freelancers

If your account was suspended or banned after a dispute and you believe the decision was wrong, you can appeal once. Open a ticket and choose the Appeal category. Include new evidence that was not reviewed before — delivery logs, chat records or payment records. Appeals without new evidence are not reconsidered. A second confirmed scam leads to a permanent ban with no further appeal.
