Questions freelancers ask
Does buying a plan instantly verify my profile?
No. A plan makes you eligible for verification, but every badge is granted only after our admin team manually reviews your ID proof, selfie and payment details. Review usually takes 1–2 business days (IST).
Can I start on the Basic (free) plan?
Yes. Basic is free forever and includes a public profile, up to 5 products and WhatsApp ordering. Paid plans add verification badges, more products, portfolio space and premium perks.
How do I pay for a plan?
After submitting your application, you pick any active payment method (UPI, bank, wallet, crypto or manual) and send the payment. Upload the payment proof with your transaction ID — our team verifies it and activates your plan.
Can I upgrade or renew later?
Any time. Upgrades add features immediately after approval, and advance renewals (months or years) extend your expiry without losing remaining time.
Are plan fees refundable?
Plan fees are generally non-refundable once active, since plan features are available immediately. If a payment fails to verify or a plan never activates due to a fault on our side, we correct or refund it — see the Refund & Dispute Policy.
